It has helped answer all my questions and helped me develop what I need before my OB visits. I think it would be a great book to have for any mom new or old! The first thing it did is scare me, every week there are only 2 paragraphs that are worth reading and they are tiny, the rest of the descriptions is of all the diseases and complications and problems that a woman can have.
