Comment: I use this product for it's nutritional value (40% of my daily protein), with a slice of whole-grain bread, a slice of swiss cheese and 1/2 - 3/4 cup of thawed mixed berries with extra blueberries. I don't slim fast but I have the confidence of nutrition I need to get me through the morning.

Summary: Great snack/meal for starting out the day
Comment: I got these as a subscription with free shipping, which lowers the price considerably and makes it a compelling meal replacement. I brought one to work every day and poured it over a cup of ice, making a cool and delicious snack to follow my morning coffee.
I prefer the vanilla to the chocolate, but both are yummy, thick, and shake-like. Some people don't like the flavor--I wonder if they're comparing it to a creamy, fattening milkshake. The reality is that a 180 calorie drink is never going to be like a milkshake but it's good enough. I wouldn't eat one every day of the year but it is very convenient to keep a few at my desk in case I don't feel like making breakfast or don't have time for lunch. And it's definitely better tasting than the Atkins shakes (which are admittedly not bad).

Comment: I ordered these because the price was good. I think I paid $55 for 48 cans. I like this particular Slim Fast product, because it has very few carbs and no sugar. It taste pretty good and I like it better than Atkin's.

Summary: Awesome for those Low Carb diets
Comment: About these shakes -- as someone else said, yes! Serve them very cold! Not that warm is horrible, but when you drink it warm, it has an odd flavor to it... the chill takes that away.
If you've had a regular Slim Fast shake, this has a very similar flavor -- but it seems the shake is a bit thinner, though very flavorful.
Also, for me, these aren't exactly a meal replacement. it's just not enough -- especially when you're on the South Beach Diet --- where you can eat as much as you want, so long as it's within the guidelines. Eat a bit of food with this to be very satisfied.

Comment: Serve it cold but not frozen. It is as good as a thick shake from McDonalds but with only 2 net grams of carbs & loads of nutrients. I have 1 for breakfast every day. Keeps me full through lunch.
