It's absolutely amazing to me that before I would get a huge stomach ache throughout the day by just drinking one tall glass of milk, but that now I can drink up to a half gallon of milk without any side effects. I am a super skinny, tall guy and am trying to bulk up, and the most efficient way to do that is by drinking huge amounts of milk a day. Unfortunately, I am lactose intolerant, so I thought I'd give these a shot, and I am glad I did. Now I'm sure to add that extra mass that I want by drinking all the milk I can get. This product gives her the ability to take one pill each morning and not have to worry about what she consumes for the rest of the day. Customer Rating: Summary: Amazing! Comment: I can not tell you how happy I am to have found this product. I developed Lactose Intolerance somewhat randomly when I was 18yrs old. I have eaten dairy, and lots of it, my entire life. I was extremely aggravated and distraught to find out I couldn't eat some of my favorite foods anymore. I tried Lactaid but that was a pain, having to carry around the pills in my pocket "just in case" I found myself in a situation with dairy products. One day I saw this on the shelf next to Lactaid at the store and tried it out. AMAZING! 1 pill in the morning with breakfast and I can eat dairy all day. No more pockets-of-pills and no more wondering "Am I going to feel sick after this meal?" I highly recommend this product. Customer Rating: Summary: Ready for your life to change? Comment: I'm an unfortunate victim of both lactose intolerance and IBS. The first couple of weeks taking these pills was uncomfortable (I guess because the bacteria need time to feel at home...) but after that I could begin eating most of my old favorites again (chocolate, SOME ice cream, etc.). But a word of warning: Contrary to what the label says, I don't recommend "eating as much as you like" of your favorite dairy foods. I still get hammered every now and then (seemingly unpredictably) when I overdo the ice cream or cheesecake. I've had the best luck taking a fast-acting lactase enzyme tablet before dairy, in addition to one of these every AM. Eat more yoghurt. More Reviews
