Comment: I am a nurse and keep buying these for all my friends. Has great features- 7 day memory which automatically resets at midnight. Also has a clock. Very sturdy, I have dopped it a few times and nothing happened.
It is great for raising your awarness to how active or inactive you are.
Goal....10.000 steps a day....comes with booklet that talks about that.
If you are looking for a pedometer this is the one. It is inexpensive and very reliable.
