Comment: We bought this along with the Lincoln Food Service Sheet Pan Half size, which it fits exactly. They make a great pair for cooking bacon in the oven and the rack cleans up easily in the dishwasher. We're completely satisfied.

Comment: Nicest cooling rack I've seen. Has three supports - no sagging - and small enough spacing between wires that things don't slip through. I've ditched my old one.

Comment: I bought these for 2 reasons. One to get a cooling rack and the other as an insert into a half sheet pan. These are excellent. They fit into the pans perfectly. The only downside is that I wish the crossbars were welded in a couple of places onto the grid.

The six feet on the bottom keep the rack evenly raised for proper air circulation and fast cooling. The tightly spaced grid pattern prevents baked goods from sinking or falling through, and allows them to slide easily off the rack when cooling is completed.
