Comment: the speakers are great. they don't need an external power source, and they can get pretty loud. i'm just glad my phone has great battery life so i can play music through the speakers almost all day without charging my phone. they are very small, too. definitely worth the price!!!

Comment: I bought these as general purpose speakers to connect through the generic "headphone" connection available on most audio devices. Not so. This is probably a fine set of portable speakers but only for the wireless cell phones it fits. Read the specs more carefully that I did.

Comment: I have a Sony Ericsson w810i with a 4GB Memory stick loaded with music. The MPS-60 is just what i needed to enjoy all of my songs when i want to give the headphones a break. They are portable and provide surprisingly decent sound. I used to place my phone into a small container to amplify the sound from the phone's speakers, but these are the way to go. For the price, they are definately worth it.
