Comment: One thing many adkins friendly bars lack is texture. I like these because they approximate the texture of rice-crispy treats. (or at least as close as puffed soy protien can get)

Comment: It should probably be called Caramel Peanut Butter because there are no peanuts in it, but it is really delicious. My husband loves the chocolate ones, and I do too, but the Caramal Peanut taste like a caramel peanut butter rice crispy treat! This is absolutely a staple in my kitchen.
