Like some others have said, I was not hungry yet I didn't have the jitters. I found I didn't have any cravings for sweets and other carbs. Don't get discouraged if your scale doesn't show enough progress. So far I have only lost a couple pounds but also several inches. My size 8 pants were too tight two weeks ago, but now they are loose. I lost a couple inches on my waist, and an inch and a half on my hips, an inch off both thighs. This much result usually takes a lot more effort for me. I have not been able to get enough exercise due to illness so I had packed on a bit of weight that was contributing to my health problems. I really needed to slim back down, and these pills have helped me immensely. I looked into Alli and other fat blockers, but the side effects sounded disgusting and the pills were too expensive. The 2 day diet has been very effective. I am definitely buying more. I suggest anyone taking this to keep up adequate water intake.
