I was excited to have it over the counter until I realized that it would cost more because it was not covered under my prescription benefit. Those crafty drug companies. After months of buying it at the drugstore every few weeks, I was annoyed with always going to the store. (I'm lazy that way.) From Health Warehouse, I was able to order a year's supply for about what it would cost me for a month of Zyrtec. It works the same as Zyrtec. Great product, great service. Customer Rating: Summary: Works as well as namebrand Comment: I am a board certified allergist in Cleveland Ohio. I have both purchased this product and recommended it to many of my patients. It works very well and is a fraction of the cost of namebrand Zyrtec. Cetirizine is slightly more effective than loratidine and is slightly more sedating.
