Comment: It is funny to be discussing nose hair, but all men eventually have to deal with it. I have had literally over 5 to 6 different kinds of nose trimmers and this is by far the best. I am very impressed with the power of the trimmer and the durability. it is a great buy.

Summary: Huge let down
Comment: After reading the other reviews here I was ready to have a good purchase. But the item arrived, and it was disappointing.
I started out with freshly recharged AA batteries, and it sounded like it was on the verge of dying. The motor would not keep a decent speed, sounded like someone trying to cut through a tree or something and getting it wedged constantly and jamming it up. Battery tested at about 1.49V. So I got a pack of brand new energizers, AA size. Also tested them with multimeter and were right about the same power level, and the unit did the exact same thing. As if there's a little poltergiest in there with a rheostat that keeps varying the speed of the thing. Sure, it can cut when it's at a high RPM, but that lasts for about 3 seconds, then it drops back down to barely moving and pulls painfully.
I may just have a bad one, and I will try to return it, but I won't get this as a replacement, I'll try another one.

Summary: Other MANGROOMER ITEMS ARE GREAT BUT NOT THIS
Comment: Broke way too easily, sometimes doesnt start when you out in a fully charged battery. just get a reasonably priced panasonic or remington brand trimmer, should be more than enough for you.

Comment: The groomer is very efficient and easy to use. A little big for its intended use and bulky for air travel, but otherwise very happy in its performance.
